PART 2: “GET OUT OF HERE—BEFORE I CALL SECURITY!”

“GET OUT OF HERE—BEFORE I CALL SECURITY!”

The shout cut through everything.

Noise died instantly.

The camera snapped—

to a small boy standing there.

Still.

Frozen.

He flinched.

Took a step back.

Eyes dropping—

like he already expected this.

“I… I just want to check my account…”

His voice was quiet.

Uncertain.

But he didn’t leave.

That’s what made people look.

Really look.

Silence stretched.

Uncomfortable.

The boy stepped forward again.

Slow.

Careful.

He placed a small envelope on the counter.

Then—

a black card.

The employee scoffed.

Picked it up.

“…this better be a joke.”

Cold.

Dismissive.

Already done with him.

He turned to the keyboard.

Started typing.

Normal.

Routine.

Just another second—

then—

he slowed.

Frowned.

Typed again.

Faster.

The camera moved closer—

tight on his fingers—

then stopped.

Completely.

“…what is this…?”

His voice changed.

Not loud anymore.

Not confident.

He typed again.

Faster.

Breathing heavier now.

Security started moving closer.

The crowd leaned in.

Phones rising.

“Something’s wrong…”

A whisper—

barely there—

but enough.

The employee froze.

Eyes locked on the screen.

Hands trembling.

“…this isn’t possible…”

The words slipped out—

like he didn’t mean to say them.

The room shifted.

Everything felt different now.

Because whatever he was seeing—

wasn’t normal.

The camera slowly pushed in—

toward the boy.

No fear now.

No hesitation.

Just stillness.

Control.

“Just tell me the number.”

His voice was calm.

Too calm.

Like he already knew what it was.

Like this moment—

was exactly what he came for.

The employee didn’t move.

Didn’t answer.

Because suddenly—

he wasn’t the one in control anymore.

The silence stretched—

tight—

heavy—

right before the number was spoken—

right before the truth landed—

…and then—

darkness.
